Anolis Resourcer
Resourcer is a resource hacker program that exceeds the feature sets of most other resource editors and supports the changes made to resources in Windows Vista and Windows 7, including support for x64 and 256x256 PNG icons.
The latest version is 0.9 and was released on the 1st September 2009. You can download it from Codeplex.
Anolis Installer and Packager
Installer is a program which installs downloaded Anolis packages or any packages embedded within the installer. This is the software that xpize and Vize use to modify the system.
Anyone is free (and encouraged) to use Installer to produce their own system transformation packs. The software is easy to use, free and open-source and works on Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7.
Other Tools
Other forthcoming tools include a lightweight icon editor and a file type association editor.
